I engaged a helper from Living Well Maid Agency for my parents who are both cancer patients. And my mum has dementia. Sandra from the agency is very professional and patient, offering me advice and making sure that I find a helper who is a good fit to the family. The helper she got me was good. But unfortunately, she had some family issue and needed to go back home for 2 weeks. Sandra assisted with all the arrangements and it went smoothly. Helper came back but was taken ill after a few months. Sandra arranged for a replacement asap and out of compassion and goodwill, even gave my first helper an ang pow before she left Singapore. Highly recommend this agency and her service if you are looking for an Indo helper. Thumbs up for their pre and post sales service!!

Sandra and Ierfan have been super helpful in guiding us through the entire process. They were totally professional and went all the way to make sure we are comfortable with who we are selecting . A big plus is their readiness to support the customer at all checkpoints in the process. With the covid situation they were aware of the risks and we did all of the procedures online . I don't often leave reviews, but my experience of hiring a maid at this agency has been an absolute breeze and the service provided by SANDRA has been spectacular. After having been left waiting for a domestic helper for 6 months by another agency, I decided to switch to Living Well, and it took them only 6 weeks from my first visit there to get my domestic helper, especially one who fits all the criteria I have set. I believe that this industry is unnecessarily saturated by bigger companies and that smaller agencies such as these should be given the limelight they deserve for the service they provide. And for Living Well, I probably can't speak for all your agents, but Sandra deserves all the praise and credit for solving my long overdue problem in these trying times. Thank you very much.

We have engaged Living Well Maid Agency twice and been successfully paired with a Helper. It is run by a lovely couple who help smoothen out and simplify a process that can be quite cumbersome! The first time they helped bring in a lady from the Philippines and the 2nd time it was an internal transfer of an Indonesian helper within Singapore itself during COVID. My wife was stressed at first, but when she heard back from Sandra from Living Well her mind was at ease :)
